Lincoln College is delighted to launch its Level 4 Diploma in Green 
  Deal Non-Domestic Advice qualification programme. 
New Entrants
 As a new entrant, you will need to complete the Level 3 Non-domestic training 
  in a 3 days classroom based programme before you start the Green Deal
  Advisor course. Green Deal Advisor training will be a 3 days classroom based
  programme. 
Qualified NDEAs
 As a qualified NDEA you will need to complete top-up training for 
  Non-domestic GreenDeal Advisor. 
  Green Deal Advisor training will be a 3 days classroom based programme. NO EXAM for this course.
Qualification Summary
 Below is a unit summary for Non-Domestic Green Deal Advisor qualification. 
  New Entrants will complete all 8 units while qualified NDEAs will complete 
  units 5-8 only.
  Unit 1 - Conduct energy assessments in a safe, effective and professional manner.
  Unit 2 - Prepare for energy assessments of non-dwellings.
  Unit 3 - Undertake energy assessments of existing non-dwellings using SBEM.
  Unit 4 - Report on the energy assessment of new and existing non-dwellings using SBEM
  Unit 5 -  Provide information to customers on the principles, financing and operations 
  of Green Deal.
  Unit 6 -  Carry out non-domestic energy inspections to determine an Operational profile.
  Unit 7 -  Prepare and issue Non-domestic Green Deal Advice Reports.
  Unit 8 -  Explain the Green Deal Advice Report to the Non-domestic customer.
